DIY wall decor

If you don't want to spend lots of money on decorations, here is a great way to decor your wall with the designs that you like.

All you need is some stationary tools that's available at everyone's home;

A construction paper, pen to draw with, and a sizzer to cut the shape.

If the paper's color is as you desire its great but if not that's not a problem.

You can color the paper, i colored mine with a water color pallet
Draw the shape that you want on the construction paper with the pen. Then, cut the shape with the sizzer. If you want to color the paper now you can do so.

Now that you are done, all you need to do is sticking the shapes to the wall

Use a double sided adhesive tape

If you are not sure what design you want to make with the shapes, you can first stick them with a normal tape to the wall then exchange them with the double sided tape.

I made this for my bedroom's wall.

#OOTD #Formal

Helloooo fashion lovers

Today i am sharing one of my outfits that is formal.
I wore this for one of my presentations at university. It is wearable for job interviews and working days as well. Though you can wear it for daily since it has some modern and casual touches.

As you can see from the picture above the jacket's color is a dark blue. So, i wore everything else black to lead the attention to the jacket.

The jackets arm length is 3/4 and it is floral, which has been a trend lately.

whats cool about these jackets is that, If you want a more formal look you can hide the floral and make the arm longer.
Another is that the jacket is long and covers your back, again this has been a trend in the past two years.

wearing these kind of jackets would be nicer with heels because it gives it a sharp and sexy look.

Since it is winter season in here i wrote it with this mini high heel boot.

I am a student so i need lots of things in my bag, therefore i chose this black bag that fits with my boots and is kind of formal as well.
For accessories i went simple and wore these with a simple necklace.
Though you can make the look more casual with a statement necklace that has been a huge trend over the past year.

Have a stylish day ^_^ xoxo

DIY acne face mask

Hello!

Today am sharing with you guys a home made mask for face acne, from ingredients that we all have access to in our kitchen, which is honey and cinnamon.

What does it do? It helps heal blemishes, prevent blemishes from getting bigger, moisturizes, softens, and adds a glow to the skin. Moreover, it can de-clog pores and bring oxygen and blood to your face.

What you need:
Two tea spoons honey
One tea spoon cinnamon
A lemon

Directions:
Add the honey and the cinnamon in a bowl and mix them well. If the mixture was too think add more honey to it.

Application:
Spread the mask on your face with your finger tips or a spoon, leave it for 15-20 minutes. When the time is done, wet your hands with some water and start massaging your face with your fingers in a circular motion. This massage rises the blood flood to your face skin cells and is very beneficial. Repeat this twice or more if needed. The mask should be half removed now with your wet hands and that massage now. Finally, wash your face with lukewarm water to completely remove the mask.

For better results:
After washing off the mask and drying your face, slice a lemon in to halves. Rub one of the half lemons all over your face and make sure the juice covers your skin well. Dry your face with a tissue and don't wash your face for a while. Note: Lemon might make irritation for your skin so if you faced that you can skip this part. Also, If you are going to go out or your skin is going to be under the sun then avoid doing this

Here are some great benefits of the ingredients used in the mask:
Honey is full of antioxidant which is good for wrinkles and ageing skin. It is also a great source for antibacterial. Unclogging pores and opening them is an extra task. It works as a moisturizer, exfoliates and dissolves makeup residue. And not to forget the glow and smoothness that it gives to your skin after applying it.

Lemon juice helps removing dead skin cells thus also avoids blackheads and encourages new skin cell growth. Also, it helps to get rid of acne marks and scars.
Lemon juice has influential bleaching properties so, it is often used for whitening face. Lastly, it contains vitamins which are good for facial skin.

Cinnamon is said to help with treatment of acne and pimples. Since cinnamon increases collagen levels, it helps reducing signs of aging.

Warning: There are different type of skins and some are very sensitive so, if you're one of those you should do a patch test first to make sure you don't get a reaction to either of the ingredients.

I have seen instant progress myself after using it, but it might need a few times to give you best results. You can use it daily but if you can not then, twice or three times a week would be great :)

Give me feedback about the results ;)

DIY Jewelry Box

Hello beautiful ladies
Today I am making a tutorial about how to make your own jewelry box!
I recently made one for myself and wanted to share it with you guys because am sure many of you would love to make it ;)

What you need:
Pen, ruler, sponge, a box, fabric, cutter ( anything sharp to cut with).

Directions:
Firstly, you need a pen and a ruler to draw lines on the sponge and select where you want to cut with a cutter.

It is up to you how much space you want between the lines. Make sure that the lines are not too close, and that there is enough room for the accessories to fit in.

Secondly, cut through the lines that you have drawn with the pen. Be careful not to cut the lines too deep.

Thirdly, cover the sponge with any fabric that you like, and fill in the sponges lines with the fabric.

Lastly, you can glue the sides of the fabric with the sponge. Then, put it in the box.

Now you have your own Jewelry Box!

Detox Waters

Hi dear readers!
I hope everyone is healthy and in a good mood :)
Being healthy is really what is most important in life, no matter what happens health should be your number one priority.

If you are one of those who have these symptoms (tiredness, skin blemishes, dull hair and eyes) then it is obvious that your body is not working as it is supposed to be.
Our bodies has many internal systems to eliminate toxins which include liver, kidneys, and skin. However, as a result of accumulation of toxins within our body these systems sometimes fail to do their job properly.
In this case, we need to help our bodies and build our immune system. One of the best ways to do so is Detoxing, which helps cleansing and balancing our body.

Here are some benefits of Detox waters:

Benefits to your cardiovascular system such as, lowering blood pressure levels, reduce blood fat levels, and improved liver organ function.

Improved digestive functions

Balance your hormones

Improved immunity

Skin and anti-ageing: clears the skin, helps reduce bad body odor, and  avoid premature ageing.

There are many Detoxing methods, but the one that I find most easier is detox waters.
I drink detox water myself and certainly feel much better. There are different recipes for detox water, you can use the one that you like!

There are many recipes with different ingredients, you can search for the ingredient that you like the most!

Here is the recipe for Cucumber and Lemons Detox water.

What you need:
500 ml Water
2 Lemons
1 medium Cucumber

Directions:
Thinly slice one lemon and the cucumber. Juice the other lemon and mix it with the water. Add all the ingredients to a jar or a bottle. Leave it in the fridge over night for best results.
If you do not like the flavor you can play with the portions. For example, adding less lemon or more.
PS: if it tastes too bitter for you, you can try pealing the lemon before slicing.

You can drink it whenever you like to and as much as you want. However, starting your day with a glass of detox waters would be better.

Storage:
You can save it in the fridge for 3 days. Change the lemon and cucumber slices with fresh ones if they are no longer floating in the bottle, if they looked translucent, or if they no longer provide enough flavor.

Take care and stay healthy ^_^
